CEO
Jun Wu is the founding principal of Eastridge Pacific Holdings. As the President of EPH, Mr. Wu is responsible for supervising the investment activities of EPH and its management firm EPM. Mr. Wu began his career in real estate in 1999 and has over 16 years of experience in real estate investment and development. In 2004, he formed Dongguan YizhaoHengji Industrial Investment Group which, together with related co-investment vehicles, has over $2.6 billion in capital commitments. After 10 years of development experience with YizhaoHengji Group, Mr. Wu formed Eastridge Pacific Holdings in U.S. and started its investment focusing in Western U.S. and Hawaii State.
Mr. Wu received his EMBA degree from Sun Yat-sen University, and MBA degree from Shenzhen, Tsinghua University in China.

With 9+ years of experience in real estate, Tina is the head of marketing and sales for EPH. She handles the DRE approval process along side with Attorneys, Title Representatives, and other needed consultants in order to prepare the projects for sale. She also keeps up with market conditions in order to assist our investors with their understanding of housing value. Once the project is ready for sale, she handles the marketing and advertising of each projects, showing of the properties, and conduct closing of the transactions.
Tina has continuously received Grand Master Recognition year after year at Bay East Association of Realtors for the numbers of transactions closed per year. She was also previously a Board Member of Tri-Cities Marketing Counsel in 2016

With 5 years’ experience in construction and project management, Terrence manages every project from schematic design through construction completion. He is involved in pro forma and budget modelling, biding and tendering process, consultant coordination, permit obtaining, contract negotiation, critical path scheduling, and building information modelling.

Cindy Zhang is supply chain and purchasing manager at Eastridge Pacific Holdings, specialized in purchasing interior finish materials for multifamily construction project. She seeks out qualified vendors in San Francisco Bay Area and provides various choices of cost-effective and customer-statisfied materials within the budget.
Cindy Zhang graduated from University of Texas at Dallas and received her master degree in Supply Chain Management.

Before joining EPH, Hanfeng Wu has over 3 years of experience in international market research and investment.

Thomas is the Assistant Civil Engineer of the Eastridge Pacific Holdings. He works directly with project manager to help implement project goals. Prepares cost-benefit analyses; tracking and reporting construction expenses. Oversees variable aspects of projects and provide assistance to ensure project execution.
Thomas earned Master’s degree in Engineering & Technology Management from George Washington University and Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management from Miami University.
