Due to the growth of our business, Eastridge Pacific Holdings LLC is in demand for the professional services of a Financial Analyst. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for the following duties:

• Develop and maintain financial models to support real estate investment decisions, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential real estate investments, evaluating financial feasibility, project profitability, and return on investment.
• Provide financial analysis to support the company’s real estate portfolio, focusing on optimizing operating costs and expanding revenue streams.
• Conduct financial risk assessments for potential real estate investments, identifying risks related to market fluctuations, financing, and project execution.
• Perform market analysis to assess real estate trends, pricing, and demand, and incorporate findings into financial evaluations.
• Monitor and analyze cash flows across real estate projects, ensuring proper allocation of funds.
• Prepare detailed financial reports such as variance analysis, trend analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs) analysis to support data-driven decision-making.

Master’s degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, or a related field.

• Knowledge of investment analysis, portfolio management, and corporate finance.
• Familiarity with Argus Enterprise or similar real estate financial modeling tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
