XIANGMI LAKE LONGTANG

Xiangmi Lake Longtang is located in Futian District of Shenzhen, a premium location for high-end residential buildings. It is a redevelopment project redefining 2,690,978 square feet of residential and retail space, demolishing 19 seven-floor condominium built in early 1900s, building 10 high-rise luxury condominium, and adding opportunity for subway retail. The project will bring the addition of new luxury condominium, new retail, expanded parking, enhanced pedestrian, and better traffic access. The project will be completed by 2020.
